At Maguire Shoes, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your items are in pristine condition to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn shoes back in their original Maguire box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
